30% of the payment to confirm individual reservations (at the time of booking )
100% of the payment (30 days before the check-in date)

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or modification up to 91 days prior will not suffer a penalty.
Cancel 90-31 days before arrival: 30% of full stay incl. tax.
Cancel 30-0 days: 100% penalty.
No-show and early departure: 100% penalty.
