    How far is Clos Apalta Residence from Santiago de Chile Airport?

    Clos Apalta Residence is located in the Colchagua Valley, approximately a 2-hour drive from Santiago de Chile’s Arturo Merino Benitez International Airport.

    What is the cancellation policy?

    Individual Reservations:

    Cancellations made more than 91 days prior to check-in: no penalty.

    Cancellations made 90 to 31 days prior to check-in: 30% of the total reservation.

    Cancellations made 30 days or less before to check-in: 100% of the total reservation.

    Group Reservations:
    Cancellations made more than 91 days prior to check-in: no penalty.
    Cancellations made 90 to 61 days prior to check-in: 50% of the total reservation.
    Cancellations made 60 days or less before check-in: 100% of the total reservation.

    What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and check-out is at noon.

    Do you offer on-site parking?

    Yes, Clos Apalta Residence provides complimentary parking for all our guests.

    How do I get to Clos Apalta Residence?

    To get to Clos Apalta Residence from Santiago, take “Ruta 5 al Sur”, the motorway heading south towards San Fernando. Just after San Fernando, take the exit for “Carretera del Vino” (the Wine Road) toward Santa Cruz. At kilometer 36, you will find Lapostolle Winery on your right. Continue for about 1 more kilometer, and you will see a sign for “Apalta” on your right. Turn, cross the bridge over the Tinguiririca River, continue for about 4 more kilometers, and you will find the entrance to Lapostolle Residence & Clos Apalta Winery on your left.

    We offer transportation services from your location to the Residence. This can be coordinated directly with our reservations department. Alternatively, you can rent a car to drive directly to the Residence.


    You may also arrive by helicopter. The residence has a helipad.

    Yes, we provide high-speed complimentary Wi-Fi service for all our guests.

    What is included in the reservation?

    At Clos Apalta Residence, we offer three types of programs:
    Overnight: Includes breakfast only.
    Half Board: Includes breakfast and dinner.
    Full Board: Includes all meals.
    We also offer activities such as trekking, mountain biking, massages, horseback riding, stargazing, cooking classes, cocktail-making classes, special dinners, and blind tastings. We are committed to providing the best possible experience for our guests. For more details, please contact our reservations department.

    Yes, we offer laundry services. For pricing details, please contact our staff at the time of your request.

    How many rooms does Clos Apalta Residence have?

    Clos Apalta Residence has 4 Casitas and 6 Villas, each with a maximum occupancy of two guests. We kindly note that we do not offer the option of an additional bed, as the rooms are designed to provide an intimate space for two.

    What is the minimum age to visit Clos Apalta Residence?

    The minimum age to stay at Clos Apalta Residence is 14 years old.

    Is it possible to visit other vineyards if I stay at Clos Apalta Residence?

    Yes, we can arrange visits to nearby vineyards in the area, including round-trip transportation to and from the Residence.

    Do you have a fitness facility at the residence?

    Yes, we have a fitness center in the heart of our forest. Additionally, you can enjoy our on-site tennis court surrounded by the vines.

    How does the restaurant work?


    Our restaurant operates with a set menu, carefully curated by the chef to accommodate the dietary restrictions or preferences of each guest. We highly recommend making reservations in advance through our bookings contact to ensure a seamless culinary experience.

    Is there transportation available within the residence?


    Yes, we offer transportation services within our grounds, including transfers from your Villa or Casita to our restaurant. This service can be requested at any time, simply call reception.
